This place is nice, and has all I need like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a bar/lounge area. I remember when the staff helped with my late check-in on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a quick stopover! I'm coming back for Easter.

The triple room was tastefully decorated with large private bath, the bed was comfortable. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk - very useful.

Friendly and efficient staff, who made our brief stay so pleasurable. The location was excellent and within easy reach of the centre of Pisa, with its wonderful shops and restaurants and rich history. Thankyou to the staff who made we travellers from faraway Australia so welcome, and tolerated our very slow italiano.

Very nice homemade pastries at nearby Vero bistro Pisa make breakfast an adventure! Just a short 200m stroll to friendly cafés and bars fills your morning with good options. Plus, the hotel's cleanliness and fresh vibe left me feeling like royalty!

The stay was perfect for what I needed-a quick stopover before heading further into Italy. Being just minutes from the train station made the transition stress-free. The room was tidy and well maintained. I appreciated having my own space to relax. I took a stroll to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was also conveniently nearby. It provided just what I wanted for a short visit.

The hotel is very close to the train station.
The breakfast was very poor. The hotel stuff didn't speak english. We also could not move into the room at 12 o'clock, and had to wait another hour before we could get into our room. The area, where the hotel is located, was very loud and dirty.

Very nice staff. The room was very clean but quite small. Situated very close to the train station but 20-25 minute walk to the tower
No wifi at all. Breakfast was average (no fresh products)

This hotel is a total disappointment. No water in the bathroom, made brushing my teeth impossible, and the bed seemed like sleeping on rocks. I almost gave a good review, but i expected at least a complimentary wine for all this hassle, and nothing! If you want a terrible night, this is the place!

The location is good, it located near the road which leads to the Stazione di Milano Centrale, about 600m away. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are very clean.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and the location opposite the station was ideal for travelling by train around the general Tuscany area.
